About Us
We are a cross-border business consulting company partnering to operate the international business club - The Slavic Social, connecting Poland and Central Europe with Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, Mainland China. Our purpose is to build trusted relationships and turn cross‑border opportunities into practical, executable business outcomes.
We specialise in business matching and international expansion, connecting companies with the local government investing sector, industry partners, investors, and prospective buyers to support market entry and cross‑border growth. Our platform brings together a curated network of entrepreneurs, corporates, and decision‑makers across a wide range of industries. While we maintain a strong interest in intelligent and technology‑driven initiatives, our scope remains broad, embracing diverse business sectors where strategic alignment and long‑term value exist.
Through strategic consulting, market insight, and trusted introductions, supported by an established network of lawyers, CPAs, and financial advisors, we assist companies with regulatory guidance, corporate structuring, and operational setup. With deep local insight and a global perspective, we act as a reliable bridge between Europe and Asia, enabling sustainable international growth.
Our Services
-
We approach business matching as a strategic process rather than a simple introduction. By understanding each client’s commercial objectives, we identify and connect them with carefully selected partners, ensuring that relationships are aligned, credible, and capable of generating long-term value.
-
Our sourcing work focuses on quality and precision. We identify and pre-screen potential partners, coordinate introductions, and manage communication throughout the process. Where required, we provide interpretation, translation, and legal support to ensure clarity and confidence at every stage of engagement.
-
With direct operational experience in hospitality and retail, we support projects from concept through to execution. Our involvement includes identifying suitable locations, guiding design and development, and overseeing project delivery, ensuring that each stage aligns with both market expectations and commercial objectives.
-
Establishing a presence in Hong Kong or Poland is often a critical step in long-term expansion. We support companies in setting up and maintaining their local operations, providing assistance with office establishment, accounting and taxation, as well as legal representation, ensuring that businesses are properly structured and positioned for growth.
