Bartłomiej Szyniec

Founder

Bartłomiej Szyniec is founder and CEO of Deadly Rabbits Concepts, an international hospitality group across Europe and Asia. With roots in Poland and a cross-border career, he brings a disciplined, growth-driven mindset to every venture.

He holds a BA in Hospitality Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology and has led multiple successful hospitality openings in Hong Kong and Poland.

Beyond hospitality, Bartłomiej established an international business club platform supporting entrepreneurs and leaders navigating opportunities between Europe and Asia – bridging Central Europe with Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and Mainland China.

Tiffany Liu

General Manager

Tiffany Liu brings over nine years of international business experience as General Manager of Pickle Solutions, leading cross-border services between Poland, Hong Kong, and Greater China.

With a background in Events and Leisure Management, she has developed expertise across the MICE industry, hospitality, and international trade – giving her practical insight into successful international partnerships.

Prior to Pickle Solutions, Tiffany held senior roles supporting market entry initiatives and supply-chain operations. She also serves as General Manager of the Hong Kong team for The Slavic Social international business club, helping businesses navigate complexity and drive sustainable growth across the Poland–Asia corridor.
